“Leleka” installation is a large papeir mache sculpture of a migrant bird whose body is covered with ancient Ukrainian symbols. Together with music and light,  it conveys a message to new migrants. Audiences are invited to explore, interpret, and experience this work and its encoded messages.

The project is in the process. It will be represented at the Nuit Blanche festival in Toronto in October 2024.
